Reset and Refocus

While you are still, take time to refocus
Refocus on the world around you
what do you see, that you may not have seen before
are your eyes now open to recognize those who you have once overlooked
can you now see or recognize things about yourself that you once closed your eyes to
Too, often when we face a crisis we react with great levels of emotion
But once the crisis is over we also tend to return to our normal
Now is an opportunity to remove the rhythms of extreme reactions that leave us with limited results, much like new year’s resolutions
Take time to refocus and reset, considering a new normal when this is over
What will or could your new beginning be, so that our responses will be long-lasting
Now is a great opportunity to create change…change within ourselves and change for one another.
