As you begin your day think about how desire to have the space that surrounds you.

How will you act and interact with others? How will you respond to the happenings of the day?

Will you react allow things to throw you into turmoil or maintain the peace your desire by responding, to even those things that may hint at chaos, by taking a breath, examining the situation, then responding appropriately with thoughtfulness and a sound mind?

There is freedom in realizing that you control more of the world around you than you once believed. 


Enjoy the freedom of having peace and harmony and moving further away from the chaos and dysfunction.
